Privacy Policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. As a courtesy to our other client and staff, it is company policy for all client to give 48 hour notice of cancellation of all treatments. Failure to do so will result in 100% of treatment charge for each of your scheduled treatment.

We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled facial and body treatment appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our service to your personal needs. Please keep in mind that arriving late may require us to shorten or cancel your appointment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment our company policy offers you to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however a 100% of service cancellation charge will be incurred.
